Online safety

Our commitment

We are committed to promoting safe and positive online experiences for our customers, in alignment with the guidelines set by the eSafety Commissioner (eSafety). This commitment is reflected in our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

What is eSafety?

eSafety is the Australian Government’s independent online safety regulator. Its purpose is to help safeguard Australians at risk of online harms and to promote safer, more positive online experiences.

How to refer a matter to eSafety

Australian residents can make a complaint to eSafety about illegal and restricted online content. This includes child sexual abuse material and abhorrent violent material showing terrorist acts, murder, attempted murder, rape, kidnapping, or torture.

You can submit a report to eSafety here. Reports can be made anonymously, without providing your name or contact details.

How to report a breach of our Terms of Service to eSafety

Our Terms of Service aim to protect email recipients from online harm.

If you have received an email originating from our systems that you believe contravenes the Online Safety Act 2021 and therefore breaches our Terms of Service, you can submit a report to eSafety here.

Do not download, copy, or forward the offending material. Possessing and sharing child sexual abuse material is likely to be a criminal offence in your state or territory.

Safety alert

Inboxes and online spaces should be safe for everyone, but you may sometimes come across content that is distressing. The eSafety website provides guidance on what to do if you see online content that is seriously harmful and disturbing, and offers a list of counselling and support services that are open 24/7 if you want to talk to someone.

If you or someone else is feeling unsafe now, call the police on Triple Zero (000).
