  • All prices are for 1 email mailbox and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • If you do not pay by your subscription due date, your email account will be suspended.
  • If you do not pay within 90 days after your subscription due date, your email account will be permanently deleted.
  • A $20 reactivation fee will apply if we reactivate a suspended email account before it is deleted.
  • We accept credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and some prepaid debit cards), direct debit, and PayPal.
  • We do not accept BPAY, Post Billpay, bank transfers, or payment via phone or email.
  • All billing, payments, and pricing enquiries are handled via email.
