The good news is that if you are receiving a free email service from an eligible service provider, they will cover all costs until September 2024. Opting in ensures your email address is with you for the foreseeable future, giving you time to decide whether to stay with our service longer term. We are aiming to communicate our pricing tiers in March 2024. We understand the importance of keeping your email address and will ensure our commercial offer is competitive.


Looking for your code (OTP)? 

We are aware of delays with receiving the code. We are working with your service provider on improving this process. In short, the emails are taking too long to make their way through the network to your inbox. It is important to wait for the first email rather than keep requesting a new code. We apologise for the frustration, we are working to extend the code timeout to mitigate the delays in delivery.


Looking for support?

Support requests should be directed to your service provider until your account has migrated to the new email service. We expect migrations to start at the end of 2023 or early in 2024, and we will notify you when your email account has completed migration. Once you have migrated, The Messaging Company will have the access and capability we require to be able to support you, and at this point, you will need to direct support requests to us.
