How much will it cost?
Email account subscriptions start at $2.50/month if paid yearly and $3.50/month if paid monthly. Please visit our pricing page for details of our plans.
Can I pay early?
Yes, but not yet. We will soon invite you to select your new email plan and pay early to gain peace of mind that your email account subscription is locked in. Please do not click on any emailed links to pay your account.
Why should I keep my email account?
Your email account connects you to friends and family near and far. It can also be your digital identity and a treasure chest of documents and memories. Keeping your email account will save your email address and protect all your valuable content.
Are your emails legitimate?

Paid email customers
If you previously paid for your email service and your renewal is due before 15 September 2024, a first-time renewal rate will apply (provided payment is received by the due date).
